I have a new install with a BGW210 and I'm trying to work through the setup. Part of that requires me to enter the device access code.However it doesn't accept the code. Keeps telling me I'm enteri....

Check out our smart home manager tool to view devices that are connected, and manage your home WiFi network.. Anyone connected to your network can use the default access code to lock you out or grant themselves more privileges.The only people who can access your gateway settings from outside the home would be att reps with permission from you to access it. So if your access code is being changed back to the default, someone in your home is manually factory resetting the gateway. Change the default access code again and change your Wi-Fi network name and password.
